Walking in His Footsteps But Making Our Own Footprints
Jesus preached of the same messages that John preached. Repent of your sins, be saved and baptized for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. John preached to see people changed. “Oh generation of vipers” We want to leave big shoes for the next generation to fill. We now want to give our children the “best” and “things that we didn’t have”. But it is ok for them to start with nothing. If they have everything handed to them then they won’t be taught the same lessons that we were. The Bible teaches that if you don’t work, you don’t eat. If you don’t put for the effort there is nothing in return.
